You may return new and unopened items, sold and fulfilled by Rockwell.gr within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
This will only be possible for a 30 days period from the invoice date and no later than that, even if the item and package haven’t been damaged.
If the bought items were to present a defect, which would have appeared after buying and receiving it, it could be exchanged after the legal period of 30 days. This exception will only be possible if the sold item had a "Latent defect" and/or a "Manufacturing defect".

In terms of cancellations of an order, the paid price shall be returned to the buyer, minus the shipping fees. In the case of orders shipped in Greece, equal to 200 euros, or more, the customer won’t have paid any shipping fee, therefore the customer will be asked to pay for the shipping back towards Rockwell if he wants to be refund of its price.
The “store pick-up orders” can be exchanged under the same conditions as mentioned above.
