Kai introduces the Japanese blade shape Kiritsuke in the European market for the first time. This traditional blade is known as the Japanese master knife, suitable for vegetables, fish and meat. The shape of the back of the blade allows for holding the knife comfortably, with better control when making quick movements. The Kai SHUN Classic Kiritsuke is a numbered limited edition of 2,222 units.
